When I look back on my life it’s apparent that my life’s work has been all about self-sabotage. I didn’t recognize that for years, but even back many years ago when I spent my days conducting lie detection tests, I was questioning, “Why would someone behave this way? What on earth leads them to undercutting their best interest?”
We All Do It!
For over forty years now I have sought to understand the whys behind self-destructive behavior. I believe that I have made many interesting discoveries not just about others, but also about myself. There was a time that I would have challenged anyone who informed me that I too had a self-destructive pattern, but in 20-20 insight my challenge would have only demonstrated my ignorance. For the fact is, we all have self-sabotaging tendencies that can suddenly raise their head like some nasty snake and take over our lives
My Story
Let me provide an example. My early childhood was pretty abusive, and by the time I left home I felt like I would never be ‘smart enough or tough enough.’ To compensate for this, I became rather abrasive, overly quick to prove people wrong, and to push relationships away. My life really did not turn around until I learned that I was ‘enough’ already.
Your Inner Anonymous Adversary
While people’s life experiences can be very different, this idea of not being ‘enough’ is pretty common and causes many people to over react in certain situations. Think about the last time you abruptly became angry, perhaps it was in traffic when a neighboring vehicle dangerously cut in front of you; or perhaps you became frustrated with a child and yelled at them; or perhaps you lacked confidence to ask for that well deserved raise; and/or perhaps you swore you would lose weight or stop smoking only to ignore the promise you made to yourself and continue right on down that path of self-destructive behavior. When we think about the many ways in which we undermine ourselves everyday, this behavior pattern becomes transparent.
I have had the good fortune over the years to work with a variety of folks ranging from elite athletes and executive business people, to the downtrodden and criminally incarcerated. In every instance these people have all had to admit and deal with self-sabotaging patterns, what I think of as the inner anonymous adversary.
I began my helping career by working with inmates. There we sought to raise self-esteem, increase reflectivity, and eliminate criminal behavior. I discovered that sometimes you had to meet people where their interests lay, so we created weight training programs, weight loss programs, smoking cessation programs, relationship programs, and so forth. To date we have more than 300 titles that deal with single issues. In a sense, today I would say there is one real issue that impacts all other issues, and that is self-sabotage.
Fast Track
When we eliminate self-sabotage it’s easy to change those old behavior patterns that undermined our best conscious decisions. By addressing the subconscious directly, we can all change that negative self-limiting inner talk that is a reflection of our true self-beliefs. It took me a long time to uncover my own self-destructive or sabotaging behaviors, and it is for this reason that we created our Eliminating Self-Sabotage album—so that you did not have to spend years on soul searching before you could get out of the self-destructive programming that causes you to repeat old patterns of behavior and finally start achieving success.
Eliminating Self Sabotage

Eliminating Self-Sabotage uses 4 different technologies (InnerTalk, OZO, Echo-Tech and Power Imaging) so there’s lots of flexibility in how you use these programs. Play InnerTalk in the background as you go about your day or all night while you sleep, and use the headphone programs once or twice a day. For the headphone programs, you can decide if you want to use the gentle supportive Echo-Tech, the strong guiding push of OZO or the journey within to discover the cause and solution to your issue with Power Imaging.
The titles included with Eliminating Self-Sabotage include Healing from Invalidation, Re-scripting the Child Within, End Self-Destructive Patterns, Self-Confidence, Boundless Joy, Personal Peace, Releasing Anger and Have it All! The perfect package to assist you in uncovering and replacing all of that programming that causes you to self-sabotage your own goals and dreams. Get your copy here.
I sincerely wish you all the abundance and joy life has to offer. You are a miracle and you do deserve the best! I hope you will begin to reward yourself with your best today.
As always, thanks for the read and I appreciate your feedback.
