What exactly does it mean to have a mystical mind or to live a mystical life? Many people believe this has to do with special abilities, such as seeing auras, remembering past lives, astral projecting, etc., but this is actually a very shallow interpretation. If anything, I would say that simply gaining/learning these kinds of talents can actually hinder real spiritual growth. One thing I do know for a fact is that the vast majority of those who have these kinds of abilities, are no happier, no more connected and certainly no nicer than those who don’t. So what’s the point?
In a recent newsletter, I shared my experiences working with crystals, and how I progressed from being a hard-core skeptic, interested only in the scientific method, to using my own crystal wand with remarkable success. Now, don’t get me wrong, I can still be very skeptical of teachers who make huge claims, such as promising you the key to escaping the cycle of rebirth and karma in five easy lessons, etc., but these days, I’m a lot more open to higher possibilities.
Opening Up to a Higher Power
A mystical mind is all about living in this world, but above it at the same time. It is about seeing the same things differently. It brings with it an understanding of a much greater picture, and as a result, stress, tension and worries rarely appear, and if they do, then they dissipate quickly. For many people, a mystical mindset allows for special experiences and the activation of dormant talents, such as viewing auras, sensing energies, etc., but for the 21st Century mystic, these abilities are inconsequential. The true blessings come from the assured knowledge—an inner unshakeable knowing that goes beyond words—that we are connected to a higher power, that we are truly loved, that guidance is always there for the asking. For the 21st Century mystic, a conduit to the higher self has been opened, and information can be more easily accessed.
These days, my happiest moments come when I am in that special place, where I feel very connected, where unspoken conversations occur—I proffer suggestions and I sense answers. When I am in this special place, I am filled with a sense of calm, and joy, and I feel my very being thriving! Creativity flows through me, out, around and back in—very much like the infinity sign with myself in one of the circles and the higher self in the other. This can happen at anytime and in any place; while out running, doing the dishes, in the shower, walking to work, driving anywhere, etc.
Mystical Mind
And as joyous as all of this may sound, I am very aware as I write this newsletter, that I still am not doing this experience any justice. What I can tell you for sure is that it is addictive—once you have tasted this particular spiritual experience, you will always want more!
Most of what Eldon has taught me about this process is included in his Mystical Mind: A Path to Mastership course. In this multi-media course, you will of course learn about astral projection, viewing auras, past lives, meeting your guides, etc., but you will learn a whole lot more about living. This course will stretch your mind in ways you never thought possible, it will challenge you, but it will also provide you with some tools that will make it easy for you to access your own higher self.
Please note: Mystical Mind is a very extensive, detailed course. The physical product consists of 21 discs, two books, and a workbook—hours of exercises and meditations designed to explore and fully awaken mind, body and spirit—five years in the making and a lifetime of study. While we do offer it in downloadable MP3/PDF format, this does mean that it is a very large zipped folder with 32 individual files. We highly recommend that you download it to a computer and then transfer the individual files on to your preferred devices. Please also be sure to only attempt the download when you are in an area with good Internet service.) Get your copy here.
Wishing you Love, Light and Laughter . . . always!
