I have recently been thinking a lot about the aging process and I believe I now know the sure-fire way to beat Old Father Time. I would love to hear your thoughts on this one.
Beating the aging process is something that we all desire but what exactly does this mean? From what I have seen, there are two basic approaches that are employed by those who actively work at ‘staying young.’ The first technique involves hiding and denying—they hide their age by using more and more makeup, Botox, or whatever else is hot on the market, and they deny their age, refusing to acknowledge birthdays or making any changes in behavior. However, most of these people do not seem happy and they never look as young as they think they look. The extreme end of this spectrum can of course be found in Hollywood where a famous personality may have zero wrinkles on their face but they just look downright weird!
The Expectation Factor
But there is a second way and attitude plays a huge role here. One of the major issues with aging comes down to expectation. When we are young, old age appears to be really daunting as we associate it with ill health, wrinkles, poor learning and memory abilities etc. With all of these beliefs in place, when we hit the age that we perceive as being ‘old’ many simply succumb to the programming of these old beliefs. Changing these beliefs is therefore crucial if we wish to redefine the aging process and Eldon’s Quantum Younging CD is perfect for this. This is what some of our customers have told us about their experiences with this program:
I played Quantum Younging overnight by my bed. The next day I felt fantastic. I feel one stone lighter and ten years younger (I’m 64) and much more positive. I expected to wait 30 days for results but this is amazing!

My hair is thicker. My skin looks younger. I have a younger attitude. I play on the slide with my grandchild. I even chased a robber down the street!

The Platinum Plus Fountain of Youth music is so beautiful I am moved to a state of heavenly bliss every time I listen to it (and people keep telling me how much younger I look, so it’s working!).
I too have been using Eldon’s Quantum Younging for many years—in fact I will often play this program when there is not some other issue I feel the need to work on—and I receive frequent compliments from friends and family on how I am (not) aging like most 🙂 (I have also used Eldon’s Forever Young collection as this deals with some of the other issues we can be faced with as we get older, such as health and memory!)
It’s Never Too Late!
But there is more to this anti-aging story than simply reprogramming your belief of what age is supposed to look like—there are also the beliefs about what aging is supposed to mean. Once they reach a certain age, many believe that opportunities have been lost, that it is ‘too late’ for them to reach for their dreams, that they should behave in a certain way, etc. And they could not be more wrong! Turning 50 was actually a very special time for me as I started to prioritize some of my own dreams. Since turning 50:
- I have re-learned how to run—Eldon and I have now run a 12k and I went on to run a full marathon. (Eldon’s Running program was indispensable as I worked through the different mental hurdles involved in running longer distances!)
- I am teaching myself both the piano and the guitar—the Power of Practice is most helpful here but I am looking forward to the day when I can make use of Especially for Musicians!
- I have taken up writing—book one of my fiction tetralogy is in its third and final round of edits (thanks to Creative Writing), and Eldon and I are co-writing a book entitled, Mind Training. I have found the InnerTalk program, I am a Writer, indispensable for getting me this far.
- I now actively participate in Eldon’s weekly radio show, Provocative Enlightenment, which is quite an achievement as I used to be petrified of public speaking. I am a Communicator was my magic trick for this one!
- I feel that I have reversed a least a couple of decades of cognitive decline using Cognitive Enhancement and Releasing Mental Blocks. I never was any good at remembering names before but today I find it easy, along with remembering lots of other random details.
Embracing The Aging Process!
And perhaps you have now guessed the most important way to beat Old Father Time. It is not by denying or resisting him, but rather it is by embracing him and maximizing each and every moment. You have won the aging game when you can look at each birthday as just another notch in the calendar, when you look at the passage of time not as time lost, but rather time filled with glorious moments and achievements. There is nothing better than collecting those happy memories, continuing to grow, creating new dreams and then setting out to achieve them. Yes, there will be hard times as well as good times, but with age comes the wisdom necessary for dealing with them. Look forward to every birthday and use them as an opportunity to assess all the good things that have come as a result of another fabulous year of life. Birthday celebrations are not just for the young, if anything they can become more and more significant as they are your way of showing the world all that you have become!
You have truly discovered the Fountain of Youth when you have thrown away all your misconceptions of aging, maximized your health and well being, and are simply working toward creating the golden years in a way that showcases your fabulous self!
Wishing you love, light, and laughter . . . always!
