There is no denying the fact that the Covid-19 has thrown our lives a real curve ball. Basic things that the vast majority of us have taken for granted all of our lives, simply aren’t there anymore. Every trip out of the house has to be carefully planned and thought through—do we really need to go? There are no more quick trips to the store for that one item we forgot. Now, we have to find ways to substitute that particular product, or just cook something else entirely. We are spending more time in doors, and more time with our immediate family . . . or even alone. While we do still have plenty to be grateful for, such as video chats, social media, books and mp3s delivered directly to our electronic devices, and all the streaming services, none of this takes away from the ever-present background angst.
Time
With all the extra time on your hands, how are you doing with keeping to those goals that were all so important to you just a couple of months ago?
