Many years ago, in my youthful ignorance, I turned to Eldon and said that we did not need any more titles added to the InnerTalk line as we already had enough to cover all of the important issues. Little did I know! The more I use the InnerTalk programs myself, and the more I talk to all of the customers who call in, the more I realize the multitude of areas that are perfect for self improvement. As such, I am happy to announce the release of four brand new titles.

Think Nice Thoughts
While this title is perfect for our current times, when it is becoming more and more important to be politically correct, this had nothing to do with me requesting this program. The fact is, it is human nature to have some pretty wild thoughts—thoughts that we would never ever act upon or say out aloud. But what would the world be like if we could really tame this inner dialogue? What if we could train our inner spontaneous/random thoughts to be always nice and loving? How would this translate to the world we live in? Wouldn’t it be nice if we were all civil and respectful on our thoughts and dialogues?
Affirmations Include:
“I treat others with respect. I think nice thoughts. I cancel thoughts I don’t want. I speak nicely. I avoid rumors. I say nice things. I am positive. I am a positive person. I add joy to the world. I spread civility in the world. I treat others as I wish to be treated. I am humble. I am honest. I am caring. I train myself to think good thoughts. I train my mind to think nice thoughts. I intentionally cancel unkind thoughts. I go out of my way to be kind. I am a thoughtful person. I practice the Golden Rule. I enjoy sharing positive thoughts. I enjoy being kind and thoughtful. I discipline myself to be kind,” etc.
It was Gandhi who said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Our new Think Nice Thoughts is the perfect way to start this process. Try it for yourself. Get your copy here.
Living with Integrity
Integrity is a great concept, but while everyone admires it, most people have problems living up to it. In a world where there are so many who care only about themselves and what they can get out of life, it can just be easy to cut some corners in your own life—at least from time to time.
Affirmations Include:
“I am humble. I am courageous. Integrity is important to me. Integrity comes first. My words match my actions. My actions match my words. I am thoughtful. I am considerate. I am open to learning. I enjoy learning. Integrity is important to me. I value my standards. I set high standards. I live by my principles. My convictions are strong. Integrity is my first conviction. I live my life with integrity. I am known as an honest person. I highly value integrity. Integrity is strength. I do the right thing. I hold to my values. I am continually evaluating my principles. It is important to hold to one’s values. I apologize when I’m wrong. I’m honest about my feelings,” etc.
This is another program that would also fit Gandhi’s admonishment to ‘be the change.’ Eldon often writes about the importance of living with integrity, keeping your word, following through with your promises, etc. For Eldon, integrity and service bring the real meaning and value to our lives. Can you imagine what the world would be like if everyone lived with integrity? While we are not responsible for the choices others make, we are responsible for our own. Developing Resilience
Some people fall apart whenever things go even slightly wrong, whereas others just jump right back up and try again. There are also those who start off powering through problems, but after a while they run out of steam and simply quit trying. Unfortunately, bad things do happen to good people—everyone experiences setbacks at some time or another. However, there is a vast amount of truth in the saying, you are not in control of your stimuli, but you are in control of your responses.
Affirmations Include:
“I am strong. I recover quickly. I am resilient. I spring back quickly. I overcome obstacles. I overcome tragedy. I remain strong. I remain confident. I am optimistic. I am positive. I adapt. I am free of stress and anxiety. I relax. I live in now. I think positively about the future. I have goals. I pursue my goals. I enjoy living. I am decisive. I like learning about myself. Life is a miracle. I am a miracle. I am hopeful. I am trusting. I am grateful. I have a gratitude attitude. I learn from the past. I have a positive expectation. I am truly resilient,” etc.
Winners are invariably those who simply tried one more time. Resilience is the key to making this possible when things are not going quite as you would like. Gain the inner fortitude to stay on track with your goals with this new title, Developing Resilience. Get your copy here.
Releasing Mental Blocks
Most of us experience mental blocks of some kind or another. Perhaps it is a particular name that we can never remember, or maybe it is an entire field of study. Sometimes it’s our creativity that is blocked. We have all experienced this troublesome issue at some time in our lives. When you think you cannot remember something, then chances are you won’t. When you don’t believe that you can find a solution to a problem, then you won’t.
Affirmations Include:
“I enjoy creativity. I enjoy problem solving. I enjoy research. I prepare well. I am mentally tough. I think clearly. I move through mental blocks easily. My mind is sharp and alert. I am productive. I love productivity. I truly enjoy being productive. I love learning. I enjoy new knowledge. I enjoy reading. Life is wonderful. I love life. I evaluate ideas. I love creative ideas. I follow through. I enjoy my life. I am grateful. I have a gratitude attitude. My mind accesses memories easily. My mind is clear. My thoughts are clear. Remembering comes easily to me. I like remembering. I enjoy connecting the dots. Mental blocks dissolve. I see clearly. I see easily. I remember new information easily. I like making the effort to remember,” etc.
Move out of your own way. Clear the clutter out of your mind. Allow the answers to flow in. Removing Mental Blocks is the perfect way to enhance your mind power today. Try it for yourself.
How High Is Up?
And so we continue searching for the answer to the question, how high is up? I know I get great pleasure in overcoming the various issues in my own life. Day by day my life simply gets better and better, bringing me greater satisfaction in the person I am and in my achievements. Looking forward there is still so much more that I wish to do, but looking backwards—it is heartening to see how far I have come. How about you?
Wishing you Love, Light and Laughter . . . always!
