All of our CDs, Tapes and Videos are guaranteed against defects in material for one year.
Replacement
Replacement price for a CD, DVD or video is $7.00 plus shipping and handling.
Satisfaction
All of our InnerTalk products are guaranteed to assist you in changing the way in which you speak to yourself. To benefit fully, use the products at least one hour per day for 30 days. If you are a first time customer, we recommend that you follow closely the usage guidance on your product.
Electronic items, books and items not produced or published by InnerTalk / Progressive Awareness Research, Inc. are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to book and tape sets, books on tape, lecture tape programs and language learning programs.

We offer certain programs at no cost with a note from the attending health-care professional.
