Well, it has been a really exciting few weeks. First we had the launch of Eldon’s latest book, Gotcha! The Subordination of Free Will, and then we had the launch of our all-new InnerTalk shopping cart where we are now offering the majority of the InnerTalk programs in downloadable MP3 format. Both launches have been amazingly successful and, in a moment, I would like to share some of the techniques that made this all possible. But first, let me recap these two projects for you.
Engrossing and Inspiring!
We are really enjoying hearing all the feedback from readers of Gotcha! This book is certainly resonating with most people. The fact of the matter is: you can never claim to be your own person without having a strong understanding of all the ways in which you give your own power away. While Gotcha! is over 450 pages, there is so much in it that affects each and everyone one of us on a personal level that it really is a hard book to put down. I found it totally engrossing, and in the end I found it totally empowering as well. These days I have a much better idea of the person I came into this life to be. Checking and removing those aspects that cause me to be untrue to myself will be an ongoing process for a long time, but at least I now have the tools to do it—and that is a very liberating feeling indeed! If you haven’t picked up your own copy yet, or if you wish to get a copy (or copies) for friends and loved ones, click here.
Informed Decisions
The new InnerTalk shopping cart is bright, breezy, and information packed, and I am hearing from lots of you about how much easier it is for you to find the right program for your personal needs. I am also receiving lots of feedback on how we can make this site even better and I thank you for that. I will be implementing as much as I can just as quickly as I can. I would ask you all (pretty please) to go check out the new site and let me know your thoughts. It is so easy when you are close to a project of this size, not to be able to see the obvious things that can be improved. But as an added benefit to you, there is great value in simply browsing through all the affirmations—this can be a great way to focus your thoughts towards your real goals! You can now browse by category (such as Success, Relationships, Learning, etc.), by technology (Subliminal, OZO, Hypnosis, etc), or simply be entering key words into the search box. As I said, almost everything is now available in downloadable format—so all you have to do is find the title you are interested in and then click through the different formats it is available in. Click here to check it out right now! Enjoy—and please let me know your thoughts.
The InnerTalk Way
Both of these projects (Gotcha! and the new shopping cart) have been huge and the work was very intense. There were a number of times I had set myself a particular target to achieve by a certain time, but found myself really flagging. Whenever this would happen, I would put on my trusty Strategic Planning and Peak Performance. This is the program I use whenever I have to get a lot done in a short time, or when I have to get something done that I really don’t want to do. It has never failed me yet and I would never have reached either of the project launch dates without it! For me, this program is very calming, and, no matter how harried I was feeling, within about 20 minutes of putting the program on, I would find myself just calmly working again.
One of the other problems the intensity of the workload would cause was the fact that my mind would find it hard to switch off from the work when it was time to go to sleep. Sometimes I would have difficulty going to sleep as I was thinking of all I still had to do, sometimes I would find myself continuing the work in my dreams, and frequently I would wake up during the night and my mind would be back to work again making it impossible to get back to sleep. Now, a good night’s sleep is absolutely vital, especially when you have lots to deal with during the day, so, as soon as I realized I had a problem, I pulled out the InnerTalk program titled, Sleep Soundly. I have had lots of success with this program in the past, and once again it worked beautifully. However, there is a little experience I had with this program that I would like to share with you.
Observing the Process
I have my InnerTalk programs loaded onto my i-pod, which works through the clock/radio I have beside my bed, sending the volume to my under-the-pillow speakers. However, the clock/radio has been playing up lately and not working reliably. I don’t know why, but I was having problems adjusting the volume. One night, I woke up during the night and I could not hear the Sleep Soundly sound-track through my pillow. My mind was racing with thoughts of all the things I had to do the following day and sleep was literally running away from me. I pulled the pillow-speakers out from under my pillow and realized they are flat enough that I could place them on top of the pillow and still be perfectly comfortable. Now I could hear the InnerTalk sound-track and I figured I would fall asleep in about 20 minutes. Instead, I was most surprised to find that the racing thoughts stopped immediately and I literally watched myself fall asleep in about 20 seconds. It was an amazing (and weird) experience! Even with all of my own experience with InnerTalk I never expected that.
Maintaining Harmony
The last program I used to assist in getting these two projects done will probably surprise you. They say that moving your home is one of the hardest things on a marriage, but I can tell you that working flat-out to get huge projects done can take their toll as well. When there is a lot to do, it is all too easy to forget the ‘please, thank yous, and other niceties,’ and all of this can wreak havoc on relationships. As such, as soon as I found tensions rising, I pulled out the Enhancing Romance, Intimacy and Love program. It was amazing how quickly this program worked, first at diffusing the pressure and then by bringing back the warmth and trust that is the norm in our relationship. We always need to remember what is truly important in life, and having InnerTalk to help just makes it all a lot easier.
Remember, whatever issues you have on your plate, when you get your mind working for you instead of against you, life just proceeds more smoothly!
Wishing you love, light, and laughter, always!
